The debut of “Joyland” will take place at the American Film Institute Festival 2022

Joyland, a film directed by Saim Sadiq, will have its US debut at the American Film Institute Festival in November.

The great news was revealed by Khoosat Films via their Instagram account. “Joyland will have its US debut in November at the American Film Institute Festival 2022,” they stated. At this year’s AFI @americanfilminstitute in Los Angeles, the cinematic pioneer that has been racking up historic victories and honours for Pakistan on the international arena will have its US debut. Prior to it, Joyland made its debut at Cannes 2022. It was subsequently shown at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).

The movie has also been chosen as Pakistan’s official submission for the 2023 Oscars.

In Joyland, notable actresses Sania Saeed, Sarwat Gillani, Alina Khan, and Ali Junejo are among the really gifted ones.

The movie is scheduled to premiere on November 18, 2022, throughout Pakistan.
