Sindh Govt ordered that officers holding PhDs be paid monthly allowance

The Sindh Excessive Courtroom (SHC) has ordered the federal government of Sindh to pay a month-to-month allowance of Rs. 25,000 to authorities officers with Ph.D. levels.

The 2-judge panel of Justice Irfan Saadat Khan and Justice Adnan Al Karim Memon delivered the decision after a petition that was filed by Dr. Ali Abro.

In accordance with the minutes of the court docket proceedings, the petition offered by Dr. Abro revealed that till just lately, some authorities officers with Ph.D. levels have been being paid Rs. 25,000 rupees in full whereas others have been receiving solely Rs. 10,000.

After listening to the case, the panel delivered a written verdict ordering the federal government to pay all of the officers holding Ph.D. Rs. 25,000 allowance with out discrimination.
