According to the Michael Page Talent 2021 poll, over 77% of tech professionals will quit their current employment and look for new ones in 2021. According to the survey, among the causes that might prompt these professionals to leave their jobs include a lack of promotion possibilities, the possibility for higher salary and better benefits, and unused abilities.
“Right present, technical professionals are in high demand. As a result, according to the survey, businesses should investigate remote and hybrid working arrangements to diversify their application pool and attract the top people.
According to the survey, typical pay in the sector will climb 15-25 percent from where they are today. Cloud architects, full-stack engineers, and heads of engineering are among the most significant positions.
