HBL has introduced WhatsApp Banking for its customers, allowing them to access specific banking services via the app. E Ocean, a prominent Cloud Communications provider, powers the service.
The HBL WhatsApp Banking solution allows for seamless one-on-one chats with consumers and responds to queries in real time in a secure manner. Customers can easily send a WhatsApp message to the HBL UAN number (021-111-111-425) to inquire about their account balance, product information, Roshan Digital Account (RDA) Services, discover local ATMs and Branches, and seek answers to FAQs. Additionally, RDA customers can communicate with live operators via this messaging app.
With the launch of the WhatsApp Banking service, HBL has further cemented its client-centric digital banking strategy, with the goal of developing a deeper understanding of customer demands in order to better serve them by providing intuitive banking solutions.
