Budget-friendly OPPO A series smartphones. These smartphones lack functionality found in comparably priced Xiaomi and Realme models. However, they are still pretty popular. The OPPO A16K and OPPO A55 are the next phones in the line.
The future OPPO A16K and OPPO A55 have been authorized by 3 different regulators, namely BIS, NBTC, and EEC. Their certifications indicate that they could be released in India, Southeast Asia, and India.
According to the branding, the OPPO A16K with model number CPH2349 should be the less expensive of the two. The OPPO A55 with model number CPH2325, on the other hand, is likely to be the 4G variant of the OPPO A55 5G released earlier this year.
The certifications reveal little about these handsets save that they are limited to 4G connectivity. Luckily, these phones are also mentioned in the Camera FV-5 database. As a result, we are aware of some of their camera specifications.
The cameras on the upcoming OPPO A series smartphones aren’t very outstanding for cheap smartphones. The OPPO A16K and OPPO A55 may include 2MP and 4MP front-facing cameras, respectively. Finally, the latter device may include a 13MP main sensor.
Aside from the aforementioned details, we know nothing about the next OPPO A series smartphones. However, we hope to learn more about them before their official announcement in the coming days.
