Hasaki, Japan, is shaken by an Earthquake

The US Geological Survey reported that an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 struck 112 kilometers east of Hasaki, Japan, at 10:29:16 GMT on Tuesday.

With a depth of 10.0 kilometers, the epicenter was initially located at 36.1797 degrees north latitude and 141.947 degrees east longitude, according to initial estimates.–Xinhua
